Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-minded Delivery Representative to join our team at AmeriGas Propane, the nation's largest propane distributor.

Responsibilities

1. Delivering Propane Safely: Operate a propane delivery truck along designated routes, filling residential and commercial bulk tanks with propane while adhering to all federal and state codes, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
2. Servicing Commercial/Industrial Customers: Deliver propane cylinders to commercial and industrial customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
3. Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment and work in accordance with AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

1. Valid CDL: Possess a valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
2. Acceptable Driving Record: Maintain an acceptable driving record.
3. Pass DOT Physical and Background Check: Successfully complete a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
4. Ability to Work in Varying Weather Conditions: Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
5. Lift Up to 70 lbs: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
