We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Delivery Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a propane delivery truck along designated delivery routes
- Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
- Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
- Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
- Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
As a Delivery Representative, you can expect to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, including weekend, on-call, and overtime shifts, depending on fluctuating needs. You must be willing to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements, for which reimbursements will be provided.
Our ideal candidate will have a valid Class A or B CDL and an acceptable driving record. You should also be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
