The hourly rate for this position starts at $28, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and commissions on completed sales. A sign-on bonus of ~$10,000 is also available.
Job Description
As a Fuel Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operating a propane delivery truck along designated routes
- Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
- Distributing propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
- Adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid Class A or B CDL
- A willingness to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements (reimbursements provided)
- An acceptable driving record
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
