The hourly rate for this position starts at $32.06, with opportunities for additional compensation through performance-based bonuses or commissions on completed sales.
Key Responsibilities
Safely Operating a Vehicle
- Operate a propane delivery truck along provided routes to ensure safe and timely delivery of propane products.
Tank Filling and Cylinder Delivery
- Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane to meet customer needs.
- Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Daily Operations and Safety
Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to federal and state codes, AmeriGas Safety Policies, and all applicable regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Class A or B CDL.
- Be willing to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements, with reimbursement provided.
- Show willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
