The hourly rate starts at $27, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.

Responsibilities include safely operating a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes, filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane, delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers, and performing all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
All Delivery Representatives should have a valid class A or B CDL. Must be willing to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements; reimbursements provided. Acceptable driving record, satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test and background check are also required.
