YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Physical stamina to stand, climb a variety of ladders including step ladders, stack ladders, 40-foot extension ladders, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Complete 10-11 hour shifts 3-4 days a week.
- Care about your career to include your teammates, customers, and company
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Be intentional about deadlines and goals
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a streak-free finish on glass and frames
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly maintained, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Highly effective communication to both fellow employees and customers as you will also interact with new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work

Ameriglass Cleaning INC. is a Kansas City metro locally owned window cleaning company that specializes in different services. We have 25 years' experience in servicing the metro and surrounding areas in new construction clean up (Rough In), Final Construction Cleans (Final Clean/Buffs), Window Cleaning (Commercial, Construction and Residential) as well gutter and Awning cleanings.
