Call Center Customer Service Representative

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate information regarding products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products or services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
- Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
