As a Digital Business Analyst you will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy around Digital Solutions.  Specifically, you will be blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, executing, and maintaining Digital solutions focused  on improving the experience and engagement of our key stakeholders including our members, providers, and associates. In addition, you will be supporting stakeholder management, internal process design, and project road mapping.  Our Business Analysts directly participate in projects to provide overall business direction and priorities.  Rather than simply documenting a process “as is” you will provide a much higher level of value by finding innovative ways to improve an existing process to make it more efficient or more effective.  You will have the opportunity to partner with business stakeholders to educate them on solutions and help drive new ones.

Responsibilities:

• Developing solutions/framework for evaluating digital experience use cases as well as support any ad hoc reporting/analytic requests.
• Collaborate with the business, analytic and development teams to gather and document and system business requirements utilized in the design of digital solutions.
• Develop and ensure business strategy translates into clear organized specifications that will be used to develop digital experience and engagement solutions.
• Cross-pollinate across multiple corporate areas to understand workflows, document processes and ensure highest quality product delivery.
• Undertake research and analyze data garnered from disparate sources and related industries and external benchmarks
• Work on a fast-paced team, with minimal direction focusing on understanding the application/product/area in detail, while delivering high-quality outputs and actionable solutions.
• Lead and support stakeholder management, internal operations management, and project road mapping
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings on specific projects work with the business, analytic and Development teams in the creation of visualizations and reports for requested projects.

 Education/ Experience: 

• At least 1 year(s) of business analysis experience that required blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and executing solutions to improve business processes.
• At least 1 year(s) in a role that required analytic or quantitative skills including collecting, organizing, mining, analyzing, visualizing, and disseminating abundant information with the utmost accuracy and presentation.
• At least 1 year(s) of project management experience that required the continual evaluation of priorities and deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
• At least 1 year(s) of experience in a role engaging business stakeholders that required exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project); knowledge of SQL queries, Python and HTML scripting preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate degree courses in Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Information Design, Mathematics or equivalent hands-on experience.
