Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute automation of plan and enterprise level reports.
- Develop and maintain analytics data pipelines using SQL and / or Python in both on-prem and cloud (Azure Databricks) environments.
- Develop high quality automation engineering best practices, test strategy and principles.
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and / or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
- Partner with product owners to deliver high performing quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful and powerful in their simplicity.
- Participate in automation script code reviews and provide guidance on their compliance with automation best practices.
- Demonstrate skills using code repositories (git).
- Identify interdependencies, ambiguities or omissions and make suggestions to improve requirements and ensure usability / testability.
- Learn rapidly and enthusiastically, focusing on understanding the application / product / area in detail.
- Ability to train and guide other Data Engineers and help develop best coding standards.
