Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of key drivers of healthcare trends and the ability to synthesize highly complex concepts to relevant audiences
- Lead analyses exploring complex business problems and issues using internal and external data
- Strong communicator who can advise business through medical cost and operational outcomes insight generation and alignment to strategic opportunities
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team responsible for exploring market and Enterprise healthcare financial and operational data
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with various core teams to understand and meet business needs / questions.
- Comfortable working with large and diverse data sets
- Design and develop innovative solutions and tools for complex problems.
