Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the UAT Team Lead, the UAT Testing Analyst executes comprehensive functional and regression test plans in support of global system changes. ;Supports testing for all projects and required changes impacting systems from beginning to end including but not limited to: 1) ;participation in the development of business requirements; 2) analyzing requirements to determine testing scope; ;3) development of extensive testing scenarios through comprehensive analysis of ;all components impacting claims payment including providers, agreements, members, etc. ; 4) creation of test approach documentation including scripts; ;5) successful execution of ;test cases with thorough analysis of the results to validate correctness of system modifications; ;6) identification, documentation, and tracking of all ;defects; ;7) collaboration with development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed. ;
This position will represent UAT in meetings with stakeholders as required. ;Must be able to manage multiple cases/projects for multiple LOBs. ;Must meet established standard levels of agreement (SLA’s) for productivity and quality standards and complete reports as required.;

Education/Experience:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years FACETS Systems experience or systems testing ;in a healthcare setting required.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong analytical and research skills required.
