A growing Healthcare Company is seeking a tech-savvy Delivery Personnel to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) division. This role involves delivering medical devices to patients, assisting with setup, and providing training on device usage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the RPM Intake Coordinator in preparing and setting up devices for onboarding.
- Deliver devices to patients’ homes and ensure proper setup.
- Connect patients with the RPM Intake Coordinator for remote assistance.
- Communicate effectively with the Medical Team.
- Maintain and manage all medical equipment.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and ready for use.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Own a reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable using and explaining basic smartphone technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus!
