Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: Dynamic, creative, compassionate, marketing expert that loves to collaborate and wear a variety of hats with a small but mighty marketing team. You’ll bring your innovative content and copywriting skills to manage AmeriHome’s Retail Lending SEO initiatives to strengthen the AmeriHome brand and generate leads for sales. We’re also looking for outstanding video production skills to complement your professional expertise. Adding to the mix, you’ll contribute to our content creation and ever-growing asset library by supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns through our omni-channel marketing efforts focusing on video and scripting content targeting new, current, and lapsed customers to drive mortgage leads and build retention as well as develop and maintain marketing communications to support the AmeriHome brand. Manage SEO platform and implementation to support the execution of marketing campaigns including copywriting, SEO keywords, to broaden reach of the AmeriHome brand Identify search-related strategies and tactics to generate more leads and revenue for organic SEO success Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM Work with digital team to identify and increase AmeriHome’s website search visibility Research and analyze competitor advertising links Develop and implement link-building strategy Research, write, proofread, and edit compelling creative content that educates prospects on the homebuying journey Use various design and video software to film, edit, and write marketing content that drives business and brand awareness Manage pay per lead campaigns through digital asset development using different lead generating platforms Support Loan Officer marketing upon request Support the development and execution of marketing internal communications and programs Compliance and brand steward, QC that all communications are following guidelines Develop partnerships across the organization including marketing, analytics, project management, agency partners and vendors driving strategic execution Work with the marketing team in achieving the goal of delivering the appropriate message, at the right time, in the right channel by contributing to the communication strategy to increase brand loyalty What you'll need: Minimum 5 years of marketing or related experience required Bachelor’s degree required Financial services experience highly recommended Working knowledge of SEO and implementation Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across a variety of platforms Copywriting, content development, storytelling approach for lead nurturing Video content and production expertise A natural ability to collaborate well with others across all levels of a complex matrix organization Exceptional project management, attention to detail and organizational skills Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail Strong written storytelling and verbal communication skills Skilled in writing and editing content (a sample of previous work preferred) Skilled in basic design software with an eye for creative excellence Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Video software HubSpot, WordPress and Video editing experience a plus Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required Experience working in a regulated, compliance-heavy industry/environment Ensure adherence company policies and procedures, applicable federal, state and laws and regulations Any other tasks assigned by the SVP Marketing or Managing Director Retail Lending Sales Benefits you’ll love: We offer all the important things you'd want — like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
