Maintenance Technician
SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition of the facilities, minor mechanical repairs and re-builds. This individual is also responsible for fabrication and project work when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform PM and minor mechanical repairs.
Change oil and grease machines.
All building maintenance and repairs
Develop troubleshooting skills and techniques for equipment repairs.
Responsible for maintaining lock out tag out procedures.
Responsible for maintaining the facilities infrastructure, both internal and external
Fabricate, build equipment and components for projects.
Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area.
Perform all other duties assigned by Management team.
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE
High school Diploma
3 to 5 years Maintenance experience required.
