Job Summary
Case Design Consultants support our Senior Business Development Consultants (“SBDCs”) and the overall business of our corporate and retail clients in a manner consistent with the company’s objectives. Case Design Consultants are responsible for counseling USA Financial’s existing advisor clients regarding which financial products best meet their clients’ objectives, explaining the differences between available products, running illustrations, helping process new business applications, and answering advisor questions regarding USA Financial’s policies, practices, and systems. This requires an in-depth understanding of USA Financial’s overall corporate structure, as well as the systems and operations of each individual business unit. It also requires a detailed understanding of the financial instruments and vehicles used in the comprehensive financial planning process, and the ability to teach and/or instruct advisors to they can be used and/or sold.Case Design Consultants are expected to perform at a high level with a significant amount of autonomy. All business development employees, including Case Design Consultants, should be capable of making independent choices on client-relationship issues and other sales-related matters, pursuant to review and periodic consultation.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working cooperatively alongside Senior Business Development Consultants to cultivate advisor relationships;
- Running product illustrations and fund analyses for USA Financial’s advisor clients;
- Running Asset Cycle illustrations for advisor clients;
- Entertaining potential advisor clients at numerous different USA Financial events;
- Executing advisor contracts with various institutional partners with accuracy;
- Cultivating existing advisor relationships daily and through USA Financial’s Chain-of-Secrets program;
- Providing coaching and product education to advisor clients to help them at the point of sale.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree with business related major preferred;
- Superior communication and phone skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with advisor clients;
- Strong experience working within a sales team and acting in a supportive role;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other corporate divisions in an effort to drive sales;
- Ability to obtain outstanding product knowledge – particularly, insurance products: annuities, life, and long-term care;
- Ability to understand how financial products work together as part of a cohesive plan and articulate product features and functions to advisor clients;
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team-oriented environment;
- Demonstrated success selling financial products and working with financial advisors (preferred);
- Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment (preferred);
- Position may be suitable for highly qualified recent college graduate.

- For candidates who do not already possess required insurance/securities licenses but are otherwise an appropriate match for the position, please note that you will be required to obtain the licenses within a short period of time after hire to maintain employment.
Compensation:
- The position offers a base salary with potential bonuses based on performance criteria.
