Our organization is committed to ensuring contracting standards, efficient processing and ongoing creative problem solving to maintain the highest quality contracting experience.The Contracting Support Specialists role handles agent outreach to provide support through the contracting process by working within our systems and following established process and procedures, as well as consistently maintain agent records on an ongoing basis.
Job Description
Essential Job Duties/Functions:
- Assist with answering emails that come in daily to the inbox

Supporting the contracting team in agent outreach

Outreach to obtain needed/missing documents
- Insurance license(s)
- E&O certificates
- Release documents
- Missing certifications
- Corrected/missing forms

Outreach to obtain needed/missing documents
- Outreach to carriers for contract statuses

Work exception reports (biweekly)
- Build agent contracts
- Hierarchy updates
- Assist with database audits/clean ups
- Assist with contracting cases

Keep our drive up to date
- Yearly commission agreements
- Update contracting protocols
- Update contracting/certification/release guides
- Support short term operational actives as assigned

Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 years health insurance and contracting knowledge helpful but not required
- 2-3 years proficiency using computer and Windows PC applications, including strong keyboard and navigation skills and the ability to learn new computer programs
- Proficient in excel and able to create pivot tables and v-look ups
