Job Summary
This position will be primarily responsible for oversight of contracted call centers of Medicare Advantage plan sponsors. This role will help ensure that the company is completely and accurately responding to requests from its carrier partners to demonstrate compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews on contracted call centers
- Respond to external requests for information from insurance carriers in connection with oversight of their distribution partners.
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues.
- Maintain and review regulatory documentation necessary to maintain corporate standards.
- Work with internal and external partners on compliance and business initiatives.
- Participate in compliance projects as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2 years relevant experience
- Background in the insurance industry or compliance-related position preferred
- Experience with CMS/Carrier sales requirements preferred
- Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to communicate well to both senior management and sales professionals.
- Ability to build business partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Ability to prioritize work appropriately to ensure we focus our resources on the highest-risk matters.
