Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Multimedia Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and company presentations.
- Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage video projects from concept through final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, and post-production.
- Maintain and organize a video content library for future use.
Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Design graphics for social media posts, promotional campaigns, and web use.
- Develop dynamic visual content including infographics, animations, and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Engage followers through comments, DMs, polls, and community-driven content.
- Track and analyze social performance metrics; create monthly reports and suggest optimizations.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns using Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets.
- Apply basic SEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website using WordPress.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of AI design tools, and motion graphics is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite or similar tools
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $50,000/year
- Location: Warminster, PA 18974
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
