Purpose: This Job Description is to provide general guidelines of the primary Roles and Responsibilities related the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

The following is a general summary and list of the initial roles and expectations related to the role of Amerimed’s Talen Acquisition Coordinator. Please note this list is not all inclusive. As this is a new position in our organization, we will most likely need to make modifications and enhancements to this initial list as we progress as an organization.
Recruitment:
· Responsible for overseeing all initial staff recruiting initiatives and activities (in support of the General Manager(s) and Division Manager(s) for the assigned market areas.
· Working directly with General and Division Manager(s), coordinate all open position requisitions through the company standard process embedded within PayCom to ensure all open positions are consistently promoted to recruitment sites per PayCom’s program.
· For any specific position requisition not filled within the initial 30 days of advertisement, all applicable requisitions must be closed and new replacement requisitions be initiated within the PayCom system to ensure fresh advertisements are updated each month.
· Work with leadership and PayCom liaisons to ensure standardized company recruitment tools and language for all requisitions to maximize effectiveness.
· Oversee and manage all incoming employment applications to ensure timely and responsive turn around of applications in order to capture interviews as quickly as possible.
· Make initial contact with all applications within the same day to conduct the initial screening interview to verify applicant qualifications for potential employment.
· Coordinate/Arrange/Schedule interviews for GMs/DMs on pre-determined schedule.
· Provide GMs/DMs with applicant pre-interview documentation as well as prepared full employment packages for use by OMs/DMs during interviews. This is an electronic process within the PayCom work flow.
· Once GMs/DMs decide to offer position, follow up with applicants to make job offers and schedule orientation through the electronic PayCom system as well as through direct contact with the applicant.
· Follow and maintain progression of applicant tracking and hiring process within the PayCom system while keeping GMs/DMs updated to ensure all required documentation has been completed by applicant prior to orientation.
· Work with GMs/DMs to ensure on-boarding checklists are completed and all required documentation is completed for Corp Payroll for processing prior to deadlines.
· Work with GMs/DMs to ensure application electronic employment files are organized and completed per compliance requirements.
Reporting:
· Weekly: Provide weekly detailed activity reports of applicant processing for all areas of responsibility (broken down by Division). Information required for the Weekly Reports shall include, but not be limited to:
o # of open position requisitions (include certification level requirement and schedule type to be filled.
o # of initial screenings conducted along with number qualified to move to formal interview with GM/DM.
o Average time to conduct initial screenings per applicant
o # of Applicants that were formally interviewed by GM/DM
o % of Applicants that were offered employment
o # of Applicants that accepted employment offer
o # of Applicants that have started NEOP training
o # of Associates that terminated employment during the period.
· Monthly: Provide Monthly summary of the weekly report details above
Report Structure
· This position reports directly to the General Manager for assigned market(s)
Work Location
· Must report to and work from an Amerimed Office – Location to be determined based on work area assignment
Work Schedule
· This role requires Monday – Friday workdays. Work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation
· The starting wage rate for this position is $28.85 per hour. Consideration for a higher starting rate will be given for candidates with extraordinary levels of experience and success.
