What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position at Amerinational Community Services LLC?
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering and handling daily incoming Customer Service calls relating to mortgage loans, responding to borrower correspondence & requests, providing website assistance and completing other assigned Customer Service tasks.
Major Responsibilities and Duties :
- Handle Incoming Customer Service calls
- Assist Borrowers with website access and questions
- Process Borrower Check- by- Phone requests
- Complete all assigned Customer Service Tasks / Duties
- Respond to Borrower Correspondence & Requests (regular mail, lockbox System, website, emails)
- Respond to Inter-Office Requests
- Retrieve and Disburse daily department incoming mail
- Retrieve and Forward incoming departmental faxes to appropriate staff / departments
- Retrieve Dept. voicemails - to be completed every morning and throughout the day
- Verification of Mortgage Processing
- Log and respond to Qualified Written Requests
- Other duties as assigned
