Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client estimates with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth sales process from initiation to completion.
- Manage and deepen client relationships, overseeing projects from start to finish and conducting follow-ups to gauge satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key sectors such as construction, home services, property management, and real estate to boost referral business.
- Utilize technology effectively to manage leads, optimize client interactions, and streamline workflows.
- Communicate proactively with both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and information flow.
- Review and analyze performance metrics regularly to identify improvement areas and strategize on competitive market positioning.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home repair, or related industries.
