Description of Position(s):
As a Pharmacy Technician at AmeriPharma, we have various positions available ranging from customer service, data entry, billing, and traditional pharmacy technician duties. Placement options will be discussed during an in-person interview.
Schedule Details
- In-Person (Laguna Hills, CA)
- 8 hour shift/40 hours a week within hours of operations: Monday - Friday 6:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:30am-4:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
- Accurately process and fill prescriptions efficiently.
- Verify prescription information and dosage.
- Manage inventory, including restocking and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent service to patients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient records and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.
- Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas.
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Clear Pharmacy Technician License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform task accurately and efficiently
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive and optimistic
- Attentive and detailed
- Must have open availability and willing to work weekends
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years’ experience working in a Pharmacy (entry level candidates welcome)

Salary : $22 - $28
