Job Summary
As a Specially Pharmacist for our Specialty division you will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while providing leadership and guidance to supporting staff. Drive key clinical and sales initiatives, build partnerships and manufacturers and/or additional clients, and help develop initiatives to grow and retain our specialty patient base.
Schedule Details
- In-Person (Orange, CA)
- Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:00pm
- Rotating Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compound and dispense prescribed medications in a timely manner
- Advise physicians and healthcare practitioners on the interactions and side effects of medications
- Provide patients with pertinent drug information
- Proactively review prescriptions for proper dosage
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active licensure as a practicing pharmacist in California in good standing
- Minimum 2 years Specialty Pharmacy experience
- Flexibility in schedule and willing to work weekends.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and as an interdisciplinary team.
- California, Nevada, or Texas license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology/IVIG Experience
- CPR Experience
- Familiar with ACHC and URAC Accreditation
Physical requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 lbs.

Salary : $70 - $75
