Playground Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction activities and a strong understanding of installation processes. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. As an Installer, you will be responsible for executing installation tasks on construction sites while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation tasks including but not limited to concrete forming, stucco application, and masonry work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to determine project requirements.
• Restore and plumb structures as needed, ensuring alignment and structural integrity.
• Fabricate components on-site as required for specific installation projects.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks to achieve desired surface quality and durability.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in construction estimating by providing input on materials and labor requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or installation roles, particularly with concrete forming, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to operate small equipment ie. Skid Steer, tractor, occasional manlift.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, twist, climb, and perform occasional strenuous activity.
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
