Job Purpose:
Working alongside an experience advisor, helping them service their clients. Top-level client service is key in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Case analysis
- Prepping financial planning recommendations
- Running hypothetical illustrations
- Investment research
- Create investment recommendations
- Prepping visual aids to be used in client meetings
- Completing trades and transactions
- Conduct client meetings and reviews
- Prospect for new clients via events, seminars and natural market
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Clients/assets to bring over and take on additional clients
- Fully licensed (Series 7, 66, and Life/Health license)
- 3 years of being a financial advisor or financial services experience
- Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
- Desire to grow and learn within the practice
