As a Financial Office Assistant, you will be integral to our client services team, providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. Your core skills in clerical tasks, customer service, and organizational abilities will be essential in managing communications and maintaining accurate records.
Typical Duties Include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Completing and processing applications
- Scanning, filing, and storing electronic documents
- Preparation of client meetings
- Preparation of summary letters
Hours
- Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in office
