Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Coordinator located in Colchester, VT. The Client Services Coordinator will handle daily tasks such as providing top-tier client services, assisting with administrative tasks, managing client communications, and supporting the team. Responsibilities also include serving as the main point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client paperwork.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Client Services/Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enjoys building relationships and working with people
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance duties and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Marketing and/or communication background is a plus
