Client Service Associate

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team! If you’re someone who enjoys engaging with people, problem-solving, and providing top-tier client service, this role is for you.

As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive a smooth and professional experience from the moment they call. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a client-focused environment. Prior experience in financial services is a plus but not required – we’re looking for the right person with strong communication skills and a passion for service, and a desire to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound client calls, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Identify client needs and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and scheduling follow-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and problem resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication skills – friendly, professional, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls efficiently.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or financial services is a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $22-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience
