What is a Client Concierge?
Step into an instrumental role as a Client Concierge with a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services. The Client Concierge is responsible for the face-to-the-client, high-touch, stimulating experience. The Client Concierge is an energized team member whose focus to provide our clients and associates with a WOW experience that reflects the brand of our organization. A successful Client Concierge should bring high-energy with a positive demeanor every day, and is also tech-savvy.
What are the responsibilities of a Client Concierge?
Responsible for all elements of the first impression that a client receives with our practice. This includes:
- Providing a positive, high-energy experience when clients arrive and depart the office.
- Being familiar with the client, their background, and history with the practice.
- Acting as a resource to the client for questions that they have during their visit.
- Maintaining a clean, organized environment in all client locations, such as the reception area, conference rooms, and other common spaces.
- Extending great hospitality by knowing the client’s preferences for their client meeting, including food, beverages, as well as additional support needs.
- Answering and managing the company phone line, directing calls to the appropriate resource.
- Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas/ forms for appointments.
- Conduct client appointment reminder calls/emails and check-in calls on follow up items.
Responsible for managing client relationship tools and being the practice liaison to ensuring up-to-date information on client preferences. This includes:
- Ensuring up-to-date information on all client preferences in the CRM.
- Utilizing client preferences to drive a real and engaged client experience.
- Track client special events and make appropriate contact per established client contact model.
- Utilization of Advisor Texting platform and managing practice email for timely communication with clients.
- Manage Marketing on Demand (MOD) and marketing-related tasks like managing the company website and publishing blog posts, articles, and content.
- Copy and track all client and practice materials including business correspondence
- Copy and follow-up with home office on related issues.
- Onboard new clients and assist with the client onboarding process.
- Set up and manage prospects within the CRM.
- Open and close the office as needed.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including scanning and depositing checks, as well as checking and sorting mail.

What are additional details of a Client Concierge?
This is a full-time role. The hours for this position are:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
- Friday: 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
- This is a fully in-office position (no remote option available).
What do you receive as an employee of our organization?
- $45,000-$55,000 per year
