Position Description:
Step into an instrumental role as a multifunctional Client Service Coordinator with a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services located in Roseville, CA 95661. This practice’s mission is to help all clients (typically business owners and retirees) live a fulfilling life and leave an impactful legacy.

Responsibilities and Time Allocation – Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients
- Drive new client acquisition through marketing and outreach
- Proactively contact prospects to schedule appointments
- Implement marketing activities and events
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage inquiries
- Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the office
- Manage the practice calander, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain office operations and identify improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field
- 2 years of client service or financial industry experience preferred
- Able to obtain securities and insurance licenses
