AmeriQual Group is seeking a proactive Account/Project Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will lead customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring progress is tracked and all aspects of the client relationship are managed effectively. You will also handle contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the client and our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the main liaison between our company and our customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication to understand and address client needs.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead and oversee customer projects, ensuring timely progress and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Relationship Management:
- Track various aspects of the client relationship once business is established.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project status and client engagement.
- Identify and address potential issues before they impact project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in account management, project management, or contract negotiation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
