Responsible for all incoming warehouse loan files, funding documents and wire instructions. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
· Review incoming warehouse loan files, funding documents, and wire instructions.
· Wire out funds individually for each file.
· Wire out additional funds when clients request and update file in WLS system.
· Assist with collateral check in and shipping procedures.
· Assist with entering in received credits and applying funds to correct files.
· Establish working relationships with all client funders.
· Maintain client satisfaction through excellent and timely customer service.
· Perform special projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong organization skills.
· Strong computer skills.
· Knowledge of mortgage documents and notes a plus.
Industry and Work Experience:
· 2 years customer service experience required.
· Mortgage industry experience a plus.
Academic:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
