The Accounts Receivable Analyst I position involves providing support to policyholders with premium reporting and account inquiries. You will work closely with a coordinator to determine the course of action to resolve delinquent account balances.
Your responsibilities will include accurate entry of payroll information received from policyholders, routine outbound/inbound courtesy telephone calls to customers to ensure receipt of billing/invoices, and reconciliation of account balances.
