We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our performance marketing and branding efforts, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Job Description :
As our CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximizes ROI. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, advertising, public relations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy, including paid search, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Digital Marketing : Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
- Customer Acquisition : Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI.
- Team Leadership : Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Brand Management : Oversee brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels.
- Public Relations : Manage public relations efforts to build brand awareness and reputation.

Compensation :
Annual compensation range for this position is $300,000 - $1M. Compensation commensurate with experience.
