Job Description:
Manage the assigned office in your market to ensure full compliance with banking laws and regulations, internal policies & procedures, and sound banking practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision to branch personnel
- Motivate staff to provide superior customer service and promote a service culture
- Develop new deposit and loan business through cross-sales penetration and referral efforts
- Ensure compliance with internal audits and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate Teller operations, policies, and procedures to maintain uniformity across branches
- Document business development efforts and results for inside sales staff
- Exercise personnel leadership concerning recruitment, recognition, scheduling, coaching, training, evaluations, and adherence to collective bargaining agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations and sales, with proven supervisory/management experience
