SUMMARY OBJECTIVE:
Perform and support daily operational activities for the division including preparation of applicable tax returns, client and governmental reports and internal management reports. Assist with the overall management and coordination of all activities performed by the Trust Operations Division while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Establish and maintain control over all trust assets, client accounting records and related systems, and the related earned revenue.
2. Prepare all required accounting and budgetary reports for management and the Board of Directors.
3. Responsible to monitor and coordinate Wealth and Capital Management fiduciary tax filings.
4. Prepare all regulatory reports for the division timely and accurately including monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
5. Prepare Collective Fund financial statements and compile the division’s financial performance on a monthly or more frequent basis as required.
6. Verify the accuracy of the daily Collective Fund valuations and document this verification to satisfy audit and examination standards.
7. Ensure that the Operations Division is operating efficiently, and that proper systems and safeguards are established and effectively maintained.
8. Update and implement new policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and to ensure compliance with pertinent regulations.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Sedentary work may require occasionally lifting of up to 10 pounds and/or move up to 25 pounds. This work involves sitting most of the time with walking and sitting.

REQUIRED/ PREFERRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar is required and at least three (3) years of related experience; or bachelor’s degree, industry certification or advanced degree and at least one (1) year of related experience is required. Industry certification would include Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or similar.
