Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders.
- Conduct interviews, select candidates, and onboard new hires to build a strong and capable team.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide follow-up to ensure completion.
- Hold team members accountable for their performance, providing coaching, counseling, and recognition as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Customer Service & Operations
- Ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and property security.
- Ensure appropriate flow of cars to reduce wait times and enhance the customer experience.
Technical & Administrative Duties
- Troubleshoot and guide team members through operational or technical issues remotely when necessary.
- Learn and adapt to different operating systems, including point-of-sale, inventory management, and car wash equipment controls.
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are consistently followed.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Communicate regularly with regional managers or owners regarding site performance, goals, and operational needs.
- Implement marketing campaigns and local promotions to drive business growth.
Maintenance & Problem-Solving
- Learn and perform minor equipment maintenance as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergencies or unexpected situations, such as equipment breakdowns or staffing shortages.
Qualifications
