Job Details Under supervision of the Senior Finance Manager, performs various financial analyses to support enterprise Productivity efforts. The role will contribute to routine reporting such as Monthly Business Reviews for Productivity initiatives and various ad hoc requests. Responsibilities Support routine refresh & refinement of data encompassing our enterprise expense matrix, and related KPIs Develops and prepares productivity and efficiency analysis for business sales segments. Analyzes monthly business unit and functional financial statements and operating expenses. Prepares and presents monthly financial analysis and reports to Senior Leadership. Provide analytical support for in-flight Productivity initiatives as well as new Productivity opportunities. Interacts and partners with business segments teams (both U.S. and international) to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses, identify trends and/or address senior management requests. Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed. Performs related duties as assigned. Education and Work Experience Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 2 directly related and progressively responsible experience or a Master’s Degree. Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of various financial management areas such as credit and collection principles, commercial credit, uniform commercial code, financial statement analysis, business law, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis. General understanding of routine FP&A processes (e.g, annual Plan, Long Range Plan, monthly forecast) Fluency in Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) system highly preferred (SAP experience preferred but not necessary) Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
