Responsibilities of the Director of Estimating/PreCon:
- Responsible for accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Make decisions under tight deadlines.
- Organize people, tools, and equipment and plan manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Relate to executive management and speak on behalf of the company in meetings with clients and consultants, often in high pressure situations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in ability and willingness to face challenges, direct others, and effectively address conflict.
- Exhibit commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes and making necessary changes, using customer unput to make improvements, and meeting/exceeding internal and external customer expectations.

Requirements of the Director of Estimating/PreCon:
- 3-5 years of professional estimating experience in commercial and industrial field.
- 5 years of field experience/supervision experience.
- Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate the intricacies of commercial and industrial construction.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
