WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Operates a cash register/P.O.S. System, and performs cashier functions such as giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash, charge, and other transactions according to established procedure
- Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines
- Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages
- Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
- Answer guest questions in regards to menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events
- Assist servers and bussers when needed

- Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
- Comfortable with cash handling skills
- Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders
- Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
- Able to work flexible hours: nights, weekends, and holidays
