Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Must be an outgoing, individual who can serve as an ambassador on behalf of the Company to all guests.
- Responsible for supervising and daily operations of the mychoice Center, VIP lounge, and Bus Lobby.
- Handles and resolves customer concerns in person, by telephone, or email from Direct Marketing forms or logs.
- Acts as a mentor, coach, and develops team members by completing coaching summaries.
- Responsible for the hiring process, payroll, scheduling, and all other administrative functions.
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels and monitors department labor.
- Adheres to all department/company policies and procedures.
- Works with the team members on the floor at each work area for most of their shift.
- Completes end of shift passdown with all information that occurs during their shift.
- Provides quality internal/external guest service.
- Supports, promotes, and provides feedback with customer service initiatives.
- Supports and assists with other departments.
- Issues comps, makes appropriate point adjustment, or redemption based on guest’s gaming activity.
- Uses the appropriate forms to complete and issue team members annual reviews in a timely manner.

- High school diploma required, BA in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent Leadership skills.

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks with ease and possess strong time management skills.
- Must maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
- Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy contact with various people.
