Responsibilities include: 

• Will maintain, repair, install and perform preventative maintenance on all refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and any other refrigeration related equipment.
• Will braze and solder copper pipe and fittings to make repairs to refrigeration lines.
• Design and implement plans for new installations.
• Coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed.
• Adheres to departmental quality standards.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
• Reviews assigned work orders and determines work priorities.
• Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help out in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of refrigeration experience in hospitality or related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of electrical test instruments such as a multi-meter.
• Must have an EPA Certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical trades
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
