Job Description
Maintain communication and customer service to representatives, including licensing procedure for representatives.
- Responsible for representative licensing procedures.
- Responsible for all gaming compliance concerns for domestic licensing of Junket Reps.
- Handle all aspects of Rep Junket Contracts.
- Handle all rep commission payments and bonus structure.
- Assist Director in development and maintenance of all casino complimentary programs.
- Assist Director with player development parties.
- Maintain rep files / rep correspondence weekly.
- Research player inquires as needed.
- Oversee player evaluations daily.
- Handle group manifests and spec sheets.
- Coordinate ground transportation and baggage services.
- Establish group blocks and related rates and programs.
- Maintain junket rep room blocks.
- Create customer accounts / oversee accuracy of rep coding.
- Oversee data entry daily and weekly.
- Request coupons as needed.
- Responsible for all gaming related reporting for the monthly and quarterly junket commission reports.
