**Job Summary:**
Ameristar Meats, LLC seeks a highly skilled Operational Excellence Leader to oversee the successful execution of operational plans and drive sales growth in its Stock Yards Spokane plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of meat processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational plans to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Lead high-performance teams to ensure operational excellence and productivity improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster relationships and drive business growth
- Provide timely and accurate reports on operational metrics and financial performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role in sales, manufacturing, or production, preferably in a meat processing environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of FSQA, P&L experience, sales, and leadership skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $125,000 - $215,000
