Job Description: The General Manager at Ameristar Meats, LLC will be responsible for executing the operational plan of the plant, driving sales, profitability, and efficiency in alignment with company strategies. As a leader, you will manage teams across various functions, ensuring adherence to operational excellence and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute operational plans for Plants within stated strategies and policies of the Company.
- Provide input to local teams and Region Vice President related to strategies and policies that impact managed Plant(s).
- Drive plants to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, yield, specification metrics, business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in a Leadership role in Sales, Manufacturing or Production, preferably in a meat processing environment.
- Strong leadership skills, knowledge of FSQA, P & L experience, Sales.
