**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
The General Manager will be responsible for measuring and tracking key performance indicators such as sales, profitability, cash flow, yield, specification metrics, and business goals. This individual will also ensure timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operational metrics of the plant.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide input to stock yards local teams and Region Vice President Stock Yards related to strategies and policies that impact managed plant(s)
- Drive the plant(s) to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, yield, specification metrics, business goals, and objectives
**Requirements:**
A minimum of 8 years' experience in a leadership role in sales, manufacturing, or production, preferably in a meat processing environment. Strong knowledge of FSQA, P&L experience, sales, and leadership skills are required. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
