Shift Details:
This is a 8AM-5PM shift. Bilingual is a plus.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this position is a candidate that can elevate the office environment. The position includes all processes related to servicing customers and supporting staff. Candidate must have a good phone presence and have a professional approach. Bilingual a plus. This is a 10AM-7PM shift.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Operations Manager in full business support.
- Frequently working with customers to assist them with their needs.
- Placing orders / data input.
- Working to ensure daily workflow is met and completed correctly.
- Coordinating with coworkers. Accurately notate messages and forward messages to appropriate team/person.
- Coordinating with outside sales force.
- General office duties.
Compensation:
- $17-$18 per hour
