We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general office functions including order fulfillment, creating sales and purchase orders, bill of ladings, logistics, answering phones, inventory management, and personnel tasks.
Responsibilities:
Fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
Create and process purchase orders.
Create and process bill of ladings and other shipping documents.
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Manage inventory and stock levels.
Assist with personnel tasks, such as maintaining employee files and scheduling interviews.
Perform general office tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. (Associate or bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
