OVERVIEW: Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in US providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished “Administrative Assistant”
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 months Contract with high possibility of extension!!!
Pay rate: $25/hr on W2
Note:
- ONSITE role
- Position has potential to move to hybrid once fully trained, as long as candidate shows strong responsibility
- Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm M- F
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Successful individual will support the CBS department in the management of the Corrective Action Request (CAR) and Certified Payroll programs. Duties will include entry of information into our data management system (Summons), research on New York City's data management system, responding to questions from Client's operating areas regarding status of CAR cases, update manually submitted certified payroll documentation into the data management system (Trex), and assist with payroll record keeping purging. Individual may also assist with CAR data analysis and perform other support assignment within the department as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree And (2) years of related work experience, or
- Associate's Degree And (4) years of related work experience, or
- High School Diploma/GED And (5) years related work experience
Required Skills:
- Strong Technical Skills required.
- Strong communication skills,
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications,
- Ability to meet deadline requirements,
- Ability and willingness to learn new software systems,
- Flexibility to work on multiple tasks to support the department.
- No physical lifting or driving is required for this assignment.
