OVERVIEW: Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in US providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished “Call Center/ Customer Service Representative”
Position: Call Center/ Customer Service Representative
Location: Bronx, NY
Duration: 6 months Contract with high possibility of extension!!!
Pay rate: $24/hr on W2
Note:
- Hybrid role [In office to start, hybrid after training]
- Work schedule: 7am -3:30pm [M-F, possibility for Saturday]
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Looking for someone that is able to make outbound calls to customers in the field, calling to confirm that they are still declining the gas meters, reading a script to confirm the opt out, document the call in excel and update data lists.
- The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator, can follow instruction and drive the business model, and would have previous call center or proficiency in making outbound calls with high volume.
